Cute vintage groomal session in Salt Lake City.

Not only are Kimmy and Pete sweet and fun, they are also so stylish and creative.  It’s so much fun to do shoots in downtown Salt Lake City because the city has so many cool spots to shoot.  I love doing a city shoot but with a vintage theme.  During her shoot she mentioned some of the fun things she has in store for their wedding.  I just know that it’s going to be AWESOME!  Thanks Kimmy and Pete for such a fun time!

He’s one lucky guy!

Lindsay is one of my dearest friends from high school.   She is amazing at every thing she does and is so artistic-she draws, she sews, she designs, she has done ballet all her life.  In  high school we took fashion merchandising and sewing.  We both dreamed about becoming fashion designers as we flipped through the pages of W magazine.   Somewhere she has a really embarrassing tap of my in the high school fashion show–eek.  But unlike me she has become really amazing fashion designer.  She’s working on her master’s of costume design at Utah State and she even sewed the dress she is wearing in this shoot.  Oh, wait…sewed and designed!   I so excited that she has found James.  James is so much fun and I’ve heard that he is amazing at the drums.  Talk about your talented couple!

Kimmy and Pete: Saltair Utah

It’s being able to take photos like these that makes me happy to call Utah home.  Seriously, 15 min from Salt Lake City and I’m out in the middle of nowhere on what looks like a gorgeous beach.  I’m glad that photos don’t capture smell yet.   It was a lot of fun getting to know Kimmy and Pete better and just hang out and have a good time.  Here are their photos.
